Construction and technical inspection

Comprehensive or partial inspection of the technical condition of buildings and structures in accordance with GOST 31937-2024 and SP 13-102-2003, including: inspection of building structures (bearing and architectural elements) and engineering systems; measurement work; non-destructive testing; opening and excavation of pits; laboratory studies; verification calculations.

The results can be used to prepare project documentation (for major repairs, reconstruction, new construction, reinforcement), executive documentation, for commissioning the facility, resuming construction, determining the degree of safe operation and periodic monitoring.

Construction and technical expertise

Judicial or extrajudicial construction and technical and appraisal expertise in accordance with 73-FZ of May 31, 2001, 138-FZ of 11/14/2002, 95-FZ of 07/24/2002.

Research conducted in order to obtain answers to questions requiring special knowledge in the construction and technical fields: the circumstances of an accident; the possibility of dividing real estate; the possibility and cost of restoring damaged objects; determining compliance with the norms and requirements of objects or documentation; determining the technical condition of objects, the mechanism and circumstances of destruction; determining the volume and quality of work performed; determination of the value of real estate objects.

Engineering surveys

An extensive set of studies required for new construction and reconstruction, including geodetic, geological and environmental surveys in accordance with SP 446.1325800.2019 and SP 47.13330.2016.

The research may include: topographic survey of the area and construction of the CMM; removal of axes and control of geometric parameters; search and tracing of engineering communications, underground structures; survey and spatial scanning of buildings and structures, creation of digital models; laboratory tests of soils, hydrometeorological and environmental characteristics.

Construction design

Design of buildings, structures, engineering systems for new construction, reconstruction, overhaul, reinforcement, replacement of load-bearing structures, foundation soils, modernization and re-equipment of facilities in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Works may include: preparation of technical specifications; development of a draft design, concept, AGR; development of project documentation of stages "P" and "R"; preparation of executive documentation for the work performed.

Technical audit

Research of engineering or technological characteristics of an object (project) in order to identify existing violations, deficiencies, investment risks, identify solutions and optimization.

Studies may include: construction audit; technological audit; control and audit; energy audit.

Analytics and consulting

Consulting activities and support on a wide range of issues in the field of real estate, financial, commercial, legal, technological, technical, expert areas.

Research may include: market and price analysis; development of feasibility studies for various objects; statistical research; legal analysis; search for risks and assessment of their impact on the project.

Pricing and evaluation

The process of setting prices for goods, services, materials in the construction market and final products (real estate objects).

Research may include: development, adjustment and verification of estimates; development, analysis and adjustment of financial models and project budgets; assessment of the market value of real estate.

Construction supervision

A set of observational and research measures that allows you to eliminate numerous risks of deviation from regulatory requirements and design solutions aimed at safe and comfortable operation of the facility, exclude the amateur activity of construction participants and misuse of funds, determine in advance and minimize the likelihood of deviation from the planned indicators of deadlines, exceeding the project budget.
