Supervision over the implementation of construction projects is a complex of observational and research measures that allows eliminating numerous risks of deviations from regulatory requirements and design decisions aimed at safe and comfortable operation of the facility, eliminating amateur activity of construction participants and misuse of funds, determining in advance and minimizing the likelihood of deviation from planned deadlines, exceeding the project budget.

- author supervision — control during the construction process over compliance with the requirements of project documentation, technical characteristics and artistic ideas. The author’s supervision is a set of actions carried out visually and documentarily and aimed at determining the compliance of urban planning, architectural planning, artistic, technical, technological and environmental decisions and actions carried out by the contractor during the construction of the construction object with the decisions taken in the working draft of the construction object and recorded in the documentation;
- construction control is a procedure that includes a chain of supervisory measures for the process of construction, reconstruction, overhaul of facilities, necessary to check the work for compliance with the provisions of design and regulatory documentation, the requirements of regulations and the results of surveys. A mandatory stage carried out in order to guarantee the safety of buildings and structures.
The implementation of construction production is a long and time-consuming process that hides a lot of non-obvious circumstances that can have a significant negative effect on the results of the project.
As part of the supervision of the implementation of construction projects, we are ready to solve the following tasks:

- monitoring the implementation of the project within the planned deadlines, determining the causes and preparing preventive measures to achieve the planned indicators.
OUR EXPERIENCE IN SUPERVISION
Each type of supervision provides for the full-scale presence of specialists directly on the site and the processes of desk work, distinguishes them by the frequency of visits to the facility.
Monitoring of the situation at the facility with the frequency of weekly, monthly or quarterly visits to collect information may be sufficient for financial and technical supervision. The predominant part of the work of the FTN is carried out by the desk method through data processing and incoming documentation.
Construction control, depending on the scale of the project, may require the daily presence of one or a group of specialists at the controlled facility for the possibility of operational inspection of hidden works, verification and acceptance of the volume and quality of work and materials performed, verification or development of documentation. Desk data processing mainly involves working with existing documentation and reconciliation of the volume of work performed.
As part of the author’s supervision, depending on the scale of the construction site, the presence of a specialist may be required from a weekly to a daily visit period. The predominant part of the desk work is related to logging and the need to make unforeseen changes to the project documentation in the course of work.
Based on the results of the work carried out, supervision over the progress of the project allows to eliminate numerous risks of deviation from regulatory requirements and design solutions aimed at safe and comfortable operation of the facility, to exclude the amateur activity of construction participants and misuse of funds, to determine in advance and minimize the likelihood of deviation from the planned indicators of deadlines, exceeding the project budget.
Within the framework of financial and technical supervision, a report on the progress of the project is necessarily generated, which contains an array of analytical data and conclusions about the current situation with a forecast of emerging risks and recommendations for their elimination.
Within the framework of construction and design supervision, at the request of the Customer, reports on the actual situation at the facility can also be generated containing objective indicators and conclusions.
The cost of supervision depends on the volume, tasks and complex of works necessary for the implementation of the intended goals, and is calculated individually for each object.
